ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RULES & T&C’S – By booking and paying to use Fun4Paws secure dog field, you acknowledge that you agree to and will adhere to the sites Rules, Terms and Conditions.
FIELD RULES:
- TIMINGS – Slots are booked for 50 minutes. Please do not arrive early or leave late. If you do arrive early, please wait with your dog(s) in your vehicle to allow the previous user to exit the field and get their dog(s) back in their vehicle.
- CAR PARK – All dogs MUST be kept on lead within the car park. The car park is shared with a Pony Paddock, and dogs must not be allowed to access that side of the carpark. The car park is shared with a pony paddock, and is just off the road – hence the need for dogs to be on lead before entering the secure field. Once inside the secure field, all dogs are free to run and enjoy the space.
- PLEASE DO NOT – Park on the hardstanding inside the secure field. It is not designed for vehicles.
- INSIDE THE SECURE FIELD – When inside the secure field, the gate must be closed and bolted. Once inside the secure field, with the gate bolted, all dogs are free to run and enjoy the space. Dogs MUST not be left unattended in the field for any reason.
- WASTE – Please take all waste with you, or use the bins provided. There is one bin for dog waste, one for rubbish. If you bring toys/bowls with you, please make sure to take them home.
- EQUIPMENT USE – It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their dog is fit enough to use the equipment provided and to use it in a safe manner. Any damage to equipment should be reported to Fun4Paws.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- WATER – There is a standpipe in the carpark to be used for water for your dog, or for washing dogs or boots. Please ensure that the standpipe is turned off after use.
- CANCELLATIONS – We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your booking.
- REFUND POLICY – If less than 48 hours notice is given, or you fail to attend the allotted time slot, no refund or reschedule will be available. If more than 48 hours notice is given, you will be refunded your fee, less £2 admin fee to cover admin and bank charges.
- RIGHT TO REFUSE – F4P reserves the right to cancel future bookings for any client who is found to be breaking any of the field rules/T&C’s, including, but not limited to, leaving excessive amounts of waste (human or dog) or being abusive to the owner via any method of contact. The client will be made aware of the cancellations and refunded.
- BOOKINGS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE – The booking is personal to the hirer and may not be transferred or sublet.
- NO SICK DOGS – Please do not bring any dogs onto the site that have had sickness and/or diarrhoea, or any other illness, within the previous 48 hours.
- EXTREME WEATHER– In the case of extreme, adverse weather conditions, closure of the field may occur at short notice and we will ask you to rebook your slot free of charge or a refund will be offered.
- LIABILITY – All persons and their property, including dogs in the field, are there at their own risk. The Fun4Paws secure dog field DO NOT accept any liability for injury or damage/loss of property/animals/people. The site includes flora and fauna, natural woodland and wildlife habitats. furthermore, it has trip hazards, piles of wood, tree stumps, loose and/or sharp tree branches and stinging nettles. Please take care at all times when using the field; by hiring Fun4Paws secur4e dog field you agree to cover any personal or veterinary fees pertaining to yourself or the dog(s) accompanying you.
- EQUIPMENT USE – No children or adults are allowed on the equipment. Failure to adhere to this will result in a ban from the field. We do not take any responsibility for injuries sustained by humans as a result of using the equipment. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their dog is fit enough to use the equipment provided and to use it in a safe manner. Any damage to equipment should be reported to Fun4Paws.
- FENCING – The field is fully enclosed with 6 foot stock fencing and every care is taken to prevent dogs from escaping/jumping/digging out of the enclosure, however, no responsibility will be taken for dogs should they jump out of or dig under the fence.
- CHILDREN – Children aged 17 or under are allowed on site, but must be supervised at all times by an adult of 18 years plus.
- INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITY – We reserve the right to permit or prohibit all types of activity on the land. BBQ’s and fires ARE NOT permitted on site for any reason.
- WASTE – Please take all waste with you, or use the bins provided. There is one bin for dog waste, one or rubbish. If you bring toys/bowls with you, please make sure to take them home.
- NOISE LEVELS – The hirer shall ensure that noise nuisance is kept to a minimum. The Fun4Paws secure dog field is a natural retreat and should be treated as such.
- EXEMPTED DOGS / BANNED BREEDS – Any dogs of a breed type who are banned in the UK will have to prove exemption before entering the Fun4Paws secure field.
On booking, you will be required to provide the following:
- An exemption certificate
- A copy of public liability insurance for the exempted dog
- A copy of microchip details
- A copy of neutering details (in line with government rules for any banned breeds)
And:
- Your dog will need to be on lead and muzzled in the carpark.
- Once inside the secure field, your dog is free to be off lead, unmuzzled, and free to roam.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog doesn’t meet any other dog/human on the way in or out of our secure field.
- Banned breeds with other dogs from the same household:
- If the household where the exempted dog resides has more than one dog, they may come to the field together. All leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field – including the exempted dog.
- Before exiting the secure field into the carpark, all dogs must be put back on lead, and the exempted dog must be muzzled again.
